Default Each cell is showing as a page

Help! I don't know what I did or how I did it, but I've somehow
changed some setting that is setting each cell in my worksheet as it's
own page. I've tried moving the page breaks, but that doesn't do
anything. It doesn't seem specific to the page either as all
worksheets and workbooks now appear to be doing that. Can anyone help?

Try this Laura

View Page break preview
Right click on a cell and choose reset all page breaks
ViewNormal
