Default Borders from previous page showing up at top of new page

I am working on making a document in Excel that you tab through to enter the
information (via using locked cells) and using borders on the cells to create
the lines that the words are typed on. Everything is set up and working great
except when I go to print the document, the border from the bottom of the
previous page is showing up at the top of the next page prior to the first
information typed on that page. If there is something typed on the last line
of the previous page, the amount of space that takes up is blank on the next
page and the rest of the border from the previous page shows up. Can't figure
out how to get these borders to stop printing on the next page. Any ideas how
to help??? This is the only issue standing in the way of using this document
for its intended purpose.

Have you tried adjusting the top and/or bottom margins to give yourself some
additional space at the bottom of the page? Adjusting the top/bottom margins
and then inserting a page break below the errant line in your document should
work.
