Default reading rows

Hi I am new to excel and macros.
I have a bunch of data in an excel sheet that i want to read. I want
to read each line of a spread sheet and put each column of that line
into an object.
I cant find anything on reading rows.
My data goes from D10:AB44.
So i would like to be able to read row 10, from column D to AB
row 11, from column D to AB
.....
row 44 from column D, to AB

Im just wondering if there was an easy way of doing this.
