Default Copy Column data to other worksheet

Hi there

I have 2 work sheets. Sheet1 & sheet2. I wish to have exact copy of the
data of entire column A1 on sheet1 to sheet2 A1. I also want this to
be synchronized so if data changes on sheet1 then it should replicate
to sheet2 . is it possible to achieve? If so then can you please tell
me how ?

I appreciate your help.

Cheers
Rits

How did you do this? I am working with Data/Consolidation and cant get
it to work.

All I want to do is copy non-blank cells from worksheet 2, 3 & 4 into
the first worksheet.
