Default Pivot Table Sorting

Assuming that your pivot table is referencing data stored in a sheet and not
in an external database then you can add a field to your source data that is
a True / False flag.
The formula to generate the true false is based on whether the row meets
your time criteria. Then you just need to refresh your pivot data and this
will make a filter that you can use to evalute your time criteria...

Does anyone know of an easier way to select many sets of data in a
pivot table. For example, when you want to select multiple times, a
drop down box appears and you have to check off each one then click ok.
The pivot table will then include all the times (for example) that you
selected. I was wondering if there was a way that was similar to the
filter function in excel that allows you to select "greater than or
equal to" or select everything between two times. (for example alll
data between 6am and 3 pm.

Thanks
