Default finding multiple instances

I am trying to write a macro to find multiple instances in a worksheet
and then averaging the data that follows the names. I am not really
sure how to get started. Any push in the right direction would be
appreciated. Also I am doing this with several names in the worksheet
so I need it to look for several different names. Everything is in the
same columns. Thanks!!!
