Default 2007: Legend format in Surface plots / shadow effect

Me again, for another "bug" in version 2007.

With previous versions, when you created a surface plot, the format of the
legend numbers was based on the format of the number behind the grid. Very
convenient. This is not the case anymore. I discovered that on a grid based
on %. Now I have 1 for the max, instead of 100%

Another thing is that the frontiers between two colors are not ugly (strange
colors - or strange 3D/shadow effect). It used to be a lot cleaner with
previous versions.
