I have an Excel spreadsheet which I don't want anyone other than people
with a certain email address (e.g. with our company name) to see. Is there anyway of finding out the email address of the user when s/he first opens the spreadsheet ? Thanks for your help. |

Is there email address associated with any other of their Windows network

AFAIK every employee has only one email account with one email address
