Default Sub Menus disabled

I accidently disabled all sub menus from the menu bar. How can I enable them
back?
Please help.

Thanks,

Yasser

Default Sub Menus disabled

Tools is disabled. Customize is disabled also. I only see the menus: File,
Edit, View, Insert, Format, Tools, Data, Window, Help.; But when I click on
them, the sub menus are all greyed out.

There has to be some code to enable all the submenus.

THanks,

Yasser
