Sub Menus disabled
I accidently disabled all sub menus from the menu bar. How can I enable them

Sub Menus disabled
Tools is disabled. Customize is disabled also. I only see the menus: File,
Edit, View, Insert, Format, Tools, Data, Window, Help.; But when I click on them, the sub menus are all greyed out. There has to be some code to enable all the submenus.
