Default VBA IDE Menus and Toolbars are all disabled

My VBA IDE Menus and Toolbars are all disabled. I have uninstalled all
MS Office apps, deleted program files\microsoft office and removed the
entire registry key of HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\MICROSOFT
OFFICE. Then reinstalled all products and ran Office Update from the
web. (SP3)

Does anyone know how I can restore them?

Thanks
Gord

earch your drive for a *.xlb that seems related to your userID. Rename it so
it doesn't have and *.xlb extension or delete it, or move it somewhere Excel
won't look for it.
