Default Opening MS Word template using VBA in excel

Can anyone help me?

I want to create a button in an Excel-workbook that is able to:
1. Open a template in Word (After filling in this Word-form I want to save
that as a file)
2. Create a hyperlink in the cell referring to the name of the saved file.

Is this possible?

Thanxs for your help.
