Can the "Labels in Formulas" function in Excel be changed to an add-in ?
This way advanced users like myself (who do not use this 'feature') can uninstall it. I find that the tickbox "Accept Labels in Formulas" in the Excel '03 options dialog box does not work properly. I have this tickbox un-ticked. However, whenever I try to add a "FALSE" condition to a formula, Excel ignores the tick box and "assumes" that I'm trying to refer to a label....then crashes. This is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Frustrating !! If only I could remove this darned "Labels in Formulas" feature from Excel all together, my quality of life would markedly improve :) ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
