Default how can I get excel to fill using a start and finish time


start finish 800 830 900 930 1000
830 1000 Look at start and finish time and show against the times above
and colour using the fill option.

select your times and do Format=Conditional Formatting.

put in two conditions for the cell is equal to the start time, next
condition equal to the finish time.
