Default Updating a spreadsheet with another

*I'm not sure if I can do this in Excel, or if I have to do it in
Visual Basic. Any help would be awesome.

My step-dad wants me to take his stock portfolio in excel and be able
to update his target prices (Selling prices) with that of
prudentspeculator.com's currentgp.xls. He updates the cells manually
and he just wants a program that will update his 75-100 stocks (FG
cells) automatically.

Take into consideration that the cells may change as they add columns
and/or other stocks.

* I need to be able to compare his stock symbols with the
currentgp.xls symbols to find the target price.

** I also need to find the TPS column after I find the stock symbol
and print it to his stock portfolio .xls

I just want to know how to do this, or if it's even possible. Any
help is appreciated. Thank You
