How do I sort a list of telephone numbers, to get another list of every 10th
or 20th number?

In an adjacent column
=if(mod(row(),10)=0,"Keep","Skip")

drag fill down the column.

select this column and do Data=Filter=Autofilter and select keep in the
dropdown
