Header Font and Range Value

How can I give a Font size to the Range("N3").Value?

How can I combine the following:

With ActiveSheet.PageSetup
.CenterHeader = "&""Times New Roman,Regular""&14MyHeader"

AND

.CenterHeader = Range("N3").Value
