Default Error opening Excel 2003 in ASP.NET

I've been searching the web for this issue and have only found a couple of
posts which do not even address it.

I'm getting the error "Microsoft Office Excel cannot open or save any more
documents because there is not enough available memory or disk space. To
make more memory available, close workbooks or programs you no longer need.
To free disk space, delete files you no longer need from the disk you are
saving to.".

Now, I'm positive there is no memory or hard drive capacity issue here.
I've already made the change via DCOMCNFG to get rid of the "Access Denied"
problem.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Eben
