Just type them in using the numeric keys on your keyboard.
Or did you mean ROMAN?

Default date in arabic ?

If you mean Hijri date, look into VBA.Calendar settings for code.
On worksheets, there is a date formatting option of something like adding
"B2" to the format string. Check the help file.
