I have looked all over the net and found kind of the same question but I
couldnt get anything to work right. I have a splash screen that is displayed
for about 10 seconds when I first open the spreadsheet and in that time I
want a progress bar that has no useful function to appear to "load" (No words
needed). I've checked out the Jwalk site but it's not exactly what im
looking for. Any ideas? Thank you to anyone who helps!

J-walk has articles that describe both a splashscreen and a progress bar.
Based on your description, a combination of those two would be exactly what
you want.

From my perspective, I guess you would have to say why those don't fill the
bill so to speak.
