Default Tricky copy/paste question

I want to copy and paste a few rows within the current worksheet. Many
cells in those rows have formulas, some of which reference cells within
the current sheet while others reference cells from other worksheets.

Here's the logic I want to build in my macro - any formula that
references cells from another worksheet, paste it without changing
relative references. Paste all other formulas and change the relative
reference.

Please help me develop a good way to do this.

Thx
