I know, I'll try to look at the error messages, but
it won't be until very late tomorrow night EDT.
I had planned on a 15 minute setup & install.
Once the error occurred, I had to get the older
version back up fast, & no time to do anything else.

No, the Excel 2000 application does not contain
a rich text box. There are about 10 forms. Most
have simple text boxes, command buttons, spin
buttons, combo boxes, & labels
