Default How-To - Forwarding Excel 2000 events to .Net application

I am trying to figure out how to forward events from Excel 2000 to a .Net
application. We looked at the PIA's for Excel XP, but this doesn't seem to
be an option for Excel 2000 (maybe I'm missing something here). What I'd
like to be able to do is to forward events like the cell Change event to a
..Net application without having to install traps in an XLA file - as you can
when building an Office COM Add-In with VB6.

Any and all ideas appreciated!

Thanks,

Joel
