Default changing the color of an individual toolbar

Hi, I'd like to change the color of a custom toolbar in VBA (excel).
The toolbar is created at runtime- I would like to make it more
conspicuous (NOT changing the windows color scheme). I can't seem to
find any color properties. Any suggestions?
