Default The "Do you want to enable Macros?" window does not pop up

Hi a few times when I open my file with macros the message of "Do you want to
enable macros?" does not pop up. My macro security level is "Medium"
What I can tell of my file is that it is on the network, it has been made
with excel 2003, and the solution that I found is to restart the computer and
it pop ups again.
Any clues?
