Default Color of Commandbars Controls (buttons) when disabled

Hi,

I've noticed that the buttons of the built-in commands of the Excel toolbars
have nice colors when being disabled (for example, the save button). I'm
unable to reproduce that when using the picture and mask properties. I have
only access to 2 colors, using the black and white colors of the mask.

Is there a third layer that only the built-in buttons have, or have I missed
something?

Regards,

Mr. T
