Information Rights Management

Hi - I've protected sheets using the Rights Management option. For all
except one user, it is working fine. However the exception also has a .Net
account and that seems to be default when he checked in the Permissions area
in Excel. How can I get Excel to check his Windows account rather than the
..Net account? Many thanks.
