Alright guyz here's the deal. I have a sheet with almost 10 columns
across and maybe 100 rows full of data. and this sheet has a new
version every week. so I need some code to compare the two sheets to
find the difference. basically it should search for the exact match,
and then check to make sure the matter in the same row is the same or
changed.

column1 column 2 column 3
row rows rowss rowsss

so basicaly if the word rows matches, then we need to make sure the
data under column2 of same row also matches with that same spreadsheet.
and if it doesnt match, it needs to be highlighed in red or something
to differentiate.
