Creating macro button on toolbar
How would I go about creating a button on a toolbar to run a specifi macro? I've done my research, and did the step by step of going t Tool Customize added the custom button right clicking an assigning the macro. However, when I click on the button the macro doesn't run. Am I doin something wrong? Thanks for any help -- tanyhar ----------------------------------------------------------------------- tanyhart's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...fo&userid=3514 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread.php?threadid=56106 |

Creating macro button on toolbar
The macro should work - assuming the macro is in the right spot. Whe you press Alt+F8, you should see your macro. If you have it there check to see if the macro is in design mode. Right click on a toolba to pull up a list of the toolbars. Select Visual Basic toolbar. Go t the design mode button and make sure it is not activated. If it is not check to make sure the macros are enabled. If you have done all this an it still doesn't work, then write back with the code to your macro - i could be internal -- kev_0 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- kev_06's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...fo&userid=3504 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread.php?threadid=56106 |
