Default Creating a macro that simulates some of the toolbar button

Hello,

I'm trying to create a macro that simulates some of the toolbar button
(copy, paste,..)
namely, I want to emulate the "Back" and "Forward" button (these button are
part of the web toolbar)
I tried to record a new macro but instead of coding the generic function
"back" it specifically record the name of the worksheet I should navigate too.

I just want the generic function "back" in my macro. I will have Back and
Forward button over 10 different worksheet and am using a lot of hyperlink in
them.

Thanks for your advise.
And sorry if this question seems too silly to you. I'm not litterate with
Excel macros.
