Default Exporting and Importing Data into a preexisting Workbook

Hey all,

Big fan of this forum. I've been trying to figure out what th
simplest way to export data from 2 specific sheets and manage to sav
the formulas and comments to like a .xls file then be able to reimpor
them. the worksheets are called "Data" and "Loss Analysis Data" I'
like to be able to save those 2 sheets to a file (we work with man
different accounts) then import those files. So far everything I'v
tried has screwed up the dates or formulas. Anyone have any ideas

If you are using xl2003, what about saving as XML?

You could then open it and copy the information over to your new workbook.
