Default Making an Excel form (with a macro) Blackberry friendly

I think the subject line pretty much describes the ask, the specifics
a

Simple one page excel spreadsheet with a Send macro to a specific email
address (via Outlook). I know next to nothing about blackberries, so
I'm hoping someone out there can assist with some insight into:

1) the requirements for building such a form to work with a blackberry

2) whether or not the form can be completed and sent as an attachment
3) any other pros and cons to this type of request (especially, if its
even worth pursuing)

Thanks!
