Default Complex Numbers in Excel?

Hi,

is there some built-in way to access complex numbers in Excel/VBA?
Googleing only let me to a knowledge base article dealing with how to
format complex numbers, but no hint on the class name or any such thing.

Anyone got any ideas? Many thanks in advance,

Oliver
