Hi friends,
Can Anyone of you suggest some solution for my problem in Excel.

I have 6 fields in the sheet. like: Name, Name1,
Column3,Column4,Cloumn5,Coloum6.
There is some data in all 6 columns.
Out of which Column 1 is have 50 rows with some names.
Column 2: (Name1) have Lot of Data including all the data in column1
(Name) and some Surplus data.
and Remaining columns has their own data.

Now I want to eleminate the Surplus names in column2 and keep Column1
data.
accordingly all the fields column3,4,5,6 has to be changed.

How can do it directly.?
Instead of eleminating the data manually.

I'm pretty sure that this is not the answer but you do not
explain "accordingly all the fields column3,4,5,6 has to be changed."
so maybe you can explain why this will not work.

Select Column B, Edit, Delete
