With Outlook open go to FileImport Export

Hi,
Share contact data between Outlook and Excel/Excel and Outlook Do one or both of the following: Procedure 1 : Import Outlook contacts into Excel Import Outlook contacts into Excel 1. Start Outlook. 2. On the File menu, click Import and Export. 3. Click Export to a file, and then click Next. 4. In the Create a file of type box, click Microsoft Excel, and then click Next. 5. In the Select folder to export from box, click Contacts, and then click Next. Note: To import only the contacts you want, you can copy them to a new folder in Outlook, and then click that folder. For more information, see Outlook Help. 6. In the Save exported file as box, specify a path and a name for the file, and then click Next. 7. If necessary, map fields from the file you are exporting to Excel. 8. Click Finish. 9. In Excel, open the file you created. ################################################## # Procedure 2: Microsoft Excel names and addresses to Microsoft Outlook Export Microsoft Excel names and addresses to Microsoft Outlook 1. Select the data you want to export and create a named (name: A word or string of characters that represents a cell, range of cells, formula, or constant value. Use easy-to-understand names, such as Products, to refer to hard to understand ranges, such as Sales!C20:C30.) range of cells. Note: You cannot name a cell while you are changing the contents of the cell. 2. Close the workbook that contains the range you want to export. 3. Start Outlook. 4. On the File menu, click Import and Export. 5. In the Import a File Wizard, click Import from another program or file, and then click Next. 6. In the Select file type to import from box, click Microsoft Excel, and then click Next. 7. Click Browse, select the file you want to import, click OK, and then click Next. 8. Select the Contacts folder and click Next. 9. If necessary, map fields from the file you are importing to Outlook fields. 10. Click Finish.
