Default Is this type of worksheet protection possible?

I'm wanting to market an Excel worksheet.
Crazy I know. But if you think that's crazy, get this: There is
nothing complicated about it. There's nothing that anyone here can't
already do - Guaranteed!.

In other words, there is no VBA code or anything like that, which I
wish I could do, to make it even better. It seems to be popular due to
the colors and basic ease of use that I make them.

So, I'd like to start selling the file itself, so the users can
populate the sheet with data, print their data, and print blank sheets
(for hand-written lists, as the current use lends itself).

What I don't want is for them to re-sell it. Is there a way to keep
the logo I made specifically for each user, on the sheet, so that Mary
can't wipe it out, and sell it to Jean, etc. ?

I don't think the regular Protect Sheet will do it, as I don't want
anything to pop up asking for a password, as that will also prompt
questions to me, asking for it.

With what I have, the user can get around it easily by cutting the
printed sheets, masking out their data, etc, but I figure that would
eventually be too much trouble.

Advice is welcomed.

You could try protecting the workbook with a password. Click on Tools --
Protection -- Protect Workbook.
