Default downloaded version excel 2007 will not close normally when shut do

test Downloaded version of excel 2007 will not close normally when program is
shut down. Wants to re-open and advises an error report. Only when error
report and whether excel should re-open is not 'checked' does the program
shut down and not re-open.
