What worksheet event will allow me to trap changes to comments?

b.t.w Do you know of any technique to link comments? So changes to a master
comment will be reflected in all linked copies?

Not off the top Gary. The problem would be storing the linkages I guess as I
don't think there is an linking facility in Excel. This would need coding,
not difficult, but I can't say I have ever done it.

Thanks again Bob.

I'll give the financial people a small macro to run after updating the
master comment. They will need to add a comment number in the comment text,
but I am sure its much less work than the manual search-and-update procedure
they are currently using.
