![]() Greetings all, I am developing a workbook for data collection in a research project (which will be used from a PDA). We are tracking plant species that occur at a particular site and I have a picklist from which the user can choose one plant among about 200 that could potentially occur at the site. However, using this picklist on the PDA is cumbersome: the user has to scroll down the list by pointing the little stylus into the littler cell on the screen... this really slows down the data collection process. Is there a way to jump to a portion of the picklist instead, or does anyone have a creative idea as to how we might solve this probem? Thanks - I'll be glad for any advice!! *** Sent via Developersdex http://www.developersdex.com *** |
