How would any possible code determine what location to jump to?
A listbox has TopIndex property that specifies the list entry
that is to be displayed at the top of the listbox, but you have
to know that index number.
Me.ListBox1.TopIndex = 1

Greetings all, I am developing a workbook for data collection
in a
research project (which will be used from a PDA). We are
tracking plant
species that occur at a particular site and I have a picklist
from which
the user can choose one plant among about 200 that could
potentially
occur at the site. However, using this picklist on the PDA is
cumbersome: the user has to scroll down the list by pointing
the little
stylus into the littler cell on the screen... this really
slows down
the data collection process. Is there a way to jump to a
portion of the
picklist instead, or does anyone have a creative idea as to how
we might
solve this probem?
Thanks - I'll be glad for any advice!!
