Default customized chart-please help!


:( attach is the screeshot of the output i want excel to produce.
scenario:
1. this should be in graph and as the user clicks the generate
summary....that output should be produced and the data in the output
must be updated to see the number of months satyed and the number of
months spent for training.
2. there will be 3 color codes to use....green is for the total stay,
yellow is for the training and red is for the resignation.
3. the filling of color in the graph must be automatically done.
4. it must be able to recognize that the training is also a part of the
lenght of tenure.
5. it must also recognize the color to be used for the training.

please help me to do this...thanks a lot!
