I have a workbook with multiple worksheets in it. It's basically a
lengthy survey and on each worksheet, there are OptionButtons and
CheckBoxes. As you go through the survey, you select the appropriate
CheckBox or OptionButton that corresponds with your answer.

Here is my problem;

Sometimes when I flip from worksheet to worksheet, the OptionButton
value is cleared. The CheckBoxes work just fine.

Any ideas? I've checked all of the properties and many many internet
searches for help, with no success. There is no code under
WorkSheet_Activate.

Sounds like you need to save your option button values to the worksheet
on changing out of the respective worksheet. Maybe enter the code into
the Worksheet_Deactivate event code window
