Default Turning off the "We are sending on your behalf" message

I have a macro that sends an email. but ever since i upgraded to office
2003 (finally) i now get a pop up box asking if i want to send this
email. How do you turn this function off? in the macro? or in the
interface does not matter to me.

thanks alot,
