Default Looping through a user defined type?

Is there a way of looping though a user defined type without having to name each
element? Something that would amount to:

For each Thing in myUserDefinedType
'Dosomething
Next Thing

In the one I am concerned with there are user defined types within
myUserDefinedType in addition to strings, integers, etc.

To th ebest of my knowledge you can not loop through a UDT...

You need a Collection object - see this reference:
