Default Pivot table input selection criteria

I've searched high and low and cannot find the answer to this ver
simple question.

I have a pivot table where one of the page fields is a date.:confused

I want to allow the user to enter a from AND to date and then displa
my pivot table for that date range entered.

I know they can selectively do this through the drop down clickin
specific dates, but I want specifically from and to range. i.e. Wher
they enter in a date range.

I want other page fields to be selected as from and to also. I wan
this selection to be outside of the pivot table iteself.

Does anyone have code for this. I have attached my sample spreadshee
that shows what I am trying to do
