Office XP
Is it possible to make the items on a drop-down list dependant on the content of the previous cell, which has also been selected from a drop-down list? Hope someone can help. Thanks in anticipation. |

Hi,
I am not sure what you mean by drop-down lists without more detail, but the links below should get you started in the right direction. The first link is if you are using listboxes. The click event in the first list box can help you dynamicly fill the second listbox. The second link is if you are using data validation. Dynamic list box: (See Tom Ogilvy's Response) http://groups.google.com/group/micro...1cd5 b1d19faa Data validation: (drop-down list?) http://www.contextures.com/xlDataVal02.html HTH-Lonnie M. |
