Default A security issue???

All,

A colleague and myself are jointly developing an app using Excel 2003
sp2. Recently an issue has arisen where one of us cannot enter data
into a spreadsheet widget on one of our user forms. We use CVS for CM
and religiously check the app in and out of CVS. All that I can think
of is some sort of obscure security setting, but my investigation has
some up with nothing. I realize that this is a somewhat vague problem
description, but any suggestions would be most welcome.

TIA,

Bill

Followup question....

The aforementioned problem was caused by setting the AutoFit property
of the spreadsheet control to true. This prohibited one of us from
entering data (i.e. the one who set the property had no problem). It
was as though the developer who set the AutoFit property somehow
established his own write protection on the spreadsheet control. Very
strange. Any further thoughts?

TIA

Bill
