Default macro - security issue

Hi,

I was trying to run my macro, but it says that I need to
sign the macro or set to lower security level.

I tried to change the security from "high" to "medium",
even to "low" (as instructed by the "help"), Excel still
gave me the same "macro is disabled" warning.

I also tried to run the "Selfcert.exe" (as instructed by
the "help") from the Start manu, but no such file can be
found.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this? Help is much
appreciated.

Regards,

Mary
