Any idea why this code wont work?

Set Dest = Worksheets("Sheet2").Range("A3")
Set rng = Worksheets("Sheet1").Range("A3:D" &
Worksheets("Sheet1").Range("C65536").End(xlUp).Row )
Dest.Consolidate Sources:=rng, Function:=xlSum _
