Default Need help with delay/timer (milliseconds)

I have an Excel workbook with some basic animation, but I need the
ability to throw a delay in there. Nothing super accurate, but more
granular than a 1 second level.

I can't use Sleep since the animation needs to be able to work "in the
background."

Thanks in advance,
